Existing roofing was removed, and New Class A Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty CertainTeed Landmark Solaris dimensional shingles were installed in Georgetown Gray. New standard pipe jacks and roof vents were installed, painted, and sealed. New O’Hagin passive eyebrow vents system was installed to help with attic ventilation. New step flashings were installed at roof-to-wall location as necessary, and new roof-to-wall metal was installed as necessary. New chimney flashing was painted and sealed.
