Ryan Piekarczyk
Co-Owner & President
Ryan got his start working for a general contractor in high school and after graduation building homes and performing major remodels. In 2004, he started working with his father-in-law to further learn the roofing trade. After many successful years working together and being co-owners with his father-in-law, Ryan decided to start his own company. With more than 20 years of experience in both general construction and roofing, he honed his craft to be able to tackle any complex roofing project. His specialty is dry rot repairs. A natural born problem solver, he prides himself on his attention to detail and perspective to view every job as his own personal home. Customers aren’t just another job to Ryan. He strives to build long-term relationships based on honesty, clear communication and quality craftsmanship.
Catherine Piekarczyk
Co-Owner & CFO
Catherine has been immersed in the roofing industry since she was two when her dad started his own company. She grew up watching him run the business and eventually jumped right in to help out when she was just 14. From managing the finances to helping customers choose their roof color, she learned just about everything there was to know about running a successful roofing company. She went on to partner with husband Ryan when they branched out and started their own company in the Tri Valley area. Catherine draws on her roots in the industry to provide expert guidance for her customers throughout the re-roofing process. Customer service is her top priority and she prides herself on maintaining strong communication throughout each project. When she’s not working on the business, she enjoys homeschooling their three beautiful children.
