Repaired a leaking concrete tile roof on a 30-year-old home by removing tiles in the valley and around the chimney, inspecting the roof deck, cleaning the valley metal, installing new underlayment and battens, and reinstalling the existing tiles. Additional roof maintenance was also performed, including repairs to the remaining valleys. This project highlights the importance of regular tile roof maintenance, as debris buildup in valleys can lead to leaks over time.
